Join us for a rejuvenating experience at the beautiful Bluebird Hill Event Venue. This retreat is all about empowering women to prioritize their well-being, embrace self-care, and create a healthy future by connecting you to Cass Health professionals who can answer your questions and provide your care.

  • Tuesday, September 3: This night is geared to women in their 20s and 30s, and our keynote speech will be on hormones and menstruation cycles by Dr. Autumn Keiser.
  • Wednesday, September 4: This night is geared to women in their late 30s and 40s, and our keynote speech will be on perimenopause by Dr. Marcela Pineda.
  • Thursday, September 5: This night is geared to women in their 50s and beyond, and our keynote speech will be about lifestyle medicine by Dr. Emily Chang. *Please note this will be a recorded keynote address.

Each evening is scheduled from 5 pm to approximately 9 pm, and the agenda includes:

  • keynote speakers
  • dinner and dessert
  • vendor booths
  • presentations about:
    • skincare
    • nutrition
    • pelvic floor health
    • postural strength training

We'll also have a few wellness activities to get you up and out of your chair. You'll connect with like-minded women, learn from our team, and discover new ways to grow on your health journey. Don't miss this opportunity to invest in yourself and leave feeling refreshed and inspired.

Q: How much are tickets?

A: Tickets are $15 per person, per evening. A limited number of discounted tickets are available through Cass County Public Health. Stop by their office to learn more!

Q: Do I have to come every night?

A: No! We encourage you to buy a ticket for just one of the three evenings that you're most interested in and that's most applicable to your current life stage.

Q: Will childcare be available?

A: Yes, through our partnership with the YMCA and the Ann W. Wickman Childcare Center, we are able to provide free childcare during the event on Tuesday and Wednesday. When you are purchasing your ticket for the event, please choose "Yes" for childcare needed, and we will contact you about the necessary paperwork.

Q: Will there be vendors there?

A: Yes! We will have a limited number of regional businesses at the event. More to come soon!

Q: What do I get for my $15 ticket?

A: Your ticket to the event includes entry to the event, dinner, dessert, and program materials. Plus, our gift to you for attending — a special room spray from Dirt Road Candle Co.

Q: I'm planning on coming with my friends. Can I buy tickets for a whole table?

A: Yes, you can buy multiple tickets. A table will seat 8.
