LPN - Part time position, 48 to 60 hours per pay period. One on one nursing care in client's home. Must have solid asessment and communication skills. Critical thinking and strong customer services skills a must.

HOME CARE AIDES - Need two part time Home Care Aides. Successfully completed a nurse aide training and competency evaluation program approved by the State of Iowa. Is listed in good standing on the State Nurse Aide Registry. Six months experience as CNA in last 5 years. Must possess excellent communication skills, independent worker with valid drivers license and reliable transportation. Candidates should be flexible in scheduling and job duties.

CARE FOR YOURSELF COORDINATOR - Part time position (20 hours per week, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., occasional adjusted hours). Will need High School degree or equivalent. Experience in health program planning and implementation preferred. Position is shared with another employee; superior teamwork and communication skills required.

RN - Part time position, 48 hours per pay period. Evening shift (3 p.m. to 11 p.m.) and every other weekend evening shift. Licensed as RN in the State of Iowa. Basic nursing duties for patient care.

CERTIFIED OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST ASSISTANT (COTA) - Full or part time position. Certification required. Good communication skills, flexibility to work with a variety of settings, ages, and diagnoses. Creative, good time management, and organizational skills.

NP or PA - The NP/PA will be responsible for the treatment of patients presenting themsleves to our Emergency Room for care. The applicant would be responsible for the assessing and appropriate treatment of ER patients. They would need to be licensed to practice in the state of Iowa and nationally certified. Prior experience in an Emergency Room preferred with computer knowledge a must. The applicant must be certified in BLS, ACLS, PALS and TNCC preferred. Needs to have current DEA number. The right applicant will have excellent communication and team skills. Must be a critical thinker and able to work under stress.

DIRECTOR - Under the direction of the Chief Financial Officer, the Director establishes and directs the daily workflow of the CCMH Laboratory and staff. Must have satisfactory completion of a formal training program in Medical Technology with 5 years of laboratory experience. CMS recognized certification of competency. General computer skills, Meditech experience desired. Proven record of great leadership skills and communication skills.
